For the first time, one of only 8 Indigo 3000Rs produced is now being offered. This is No. 2 from the Limited Series and it has only been driven 4500 km. It was registered fully homologated with a European approval in December 2019 under the manufacturer name Lusitano. Manufactured in Skene, it has a carbon fiber body over a tube frame construction, modern 6 cylinder Volvo engine with 315 horsepower and a 5 speed manual "Dog Leg" gearbox. Among Swedish-made sports cars, the old Indigo 3000 from the latter half of the 1990s is one of the most appreciated. The level of ambition was high right from the start, but after 43 manufactured cars, "Jösse Car" was forced to shut down production. As a tribute to the popular sports car, von Braun Sports Cars together with a number of investors paid tribute to the Swedish sports car venture by developing a modern Indigo 3000R Limited Series based on the same basic concept for a smaller number of customers. However, the new version has few similarities in detail and contains significantly more modern technology, 50% higher engine power and a great shape and quality improvement compared to its predecessor. The 3000R has a folding soft top and several body details in visible carbon fiber. The body lines contain many classic shapes inspired by Austin Healey, Jaguar E-type, AC Shelby Cobra and Volvo P1800. This particular car is very well equipped and in addition to its leather interior with sports seats, it has plenty of visible carbon fiber. The car is delivered newly serviced and with a 1-year von Braun Garanzia Rosso.
