von Braun´s Review
A completely restored classic Triumph Spitfire 4 from 1963 that has been almost rudely lavish. Previous owners carried out a thorough renovation work where nothing seems to have been saved. In addition to the costs that the body with painting, chrome plating and interior work represents, it is possible to report additional receipts for spare parts of approximately EUR 8,000! All in all, it can probably be said that a renovation of this kind represents a 25,000 Euro exercise! However, time and patience eventually ran out with the project owners and the car came to us at von Braun Sports Cars in Skene. We have supplemented, final assembled and now made sure that it works as it should. Are you looking for a nice English classic from the 60's? Then this is probably the best model on the market, as it is very unusual to find such a lavish Triumph Spitfire or MG, MGB Roadster. The engine is of course renovated and equipped with time-typical tuning which includes dual Weber carburetors, more powerful push rods etc. The flip front folds upwards and means that the entire engine and front suspension are exposed in a pleasant way. Most complete presentation including 40 high-resolution photos can be found at vonBraun.com.
